There were people sitting out on the patio until 2 AM and we could hear them because the windows were single pane and you could hear the people outside, the traffic and in the hallway. The room was not clean at all. Negative: ""

Room was ok, one of the staff members walked in not knowing I had rented the room. I was on 6th floor and wanted to get some sleep but there was too much noise coming from the work getting done on the roof. Checked out the same day. Defeated the purpose of trying to get some sleep and noise didn’t help.

Upon entering the Hotel the staff exemplified exceptional customer service. They said good morning, good afternoon, & have a good nightÂ¿They went above & beyond my expectations. Our Hotel room was clean & fully equipped with refrigerator & microwave.

Jerry and Austin were SO friendly and accommodating. I travel 80% of the year. I wish all hospitality personnel were as welcoming as these two. The location is great. It was nice and quiet. I stayed in room 619. I had an issue with the room phone, so I just used my cell phone. Jerry sent maintenance up even though I didnt ask for repair! How awesome is that? So proactive. Thanks again for everything.
